I got my order and it wasn’t what I asked for, which was frustrating. I get that mistakes happen, but it kind of feels like they didn’t really double-check it before sending it out

"Packaging could’ve been better"
The box showed up a little dented, which had me worried at first, but reading between the lines, it seems like the packing did just enough because the art itself was totally fine inside. Still, I’d definitely suggest using sturdier packaging next time.

"I was disappointed when the artwork arrived..."
I was disappointed when the artwork arrived. It looked much better in the photos than it did in person, the colors were dull, the edges were messy, and overall it just felt cheap for what I paid. I expected a lot better, especially at this price, and I’d really appreciate some kind of compensation or partial refund to make this right.

It looks real enough, and I kind of felt pressured to decide quickly, so I went along with it. I don’t have a strong reason to doubt it, but I’m not 100% sure either.

"Easy return, refund came back fast tbh"
I had to return something I bought from Artz Miami because it just didn’t fit my space the way I thought it would. I emailed them and got a reply quickly, which was nice. They explained the return steps in a simple way, so I sent it back without any drama. The refund showed up a few days after they received it. No chasing them, no weird hassle lol. Overall, good experience

I didn’t find much to get excited about. The art selection felt limited, and most of it just wasn’t my style. Disappointing.

"Customer service was okay, but not amazing"
I ordered from Artz Miami and ended up reaching out to customer service because I was confused about my shipping update. At first I was a little anxious since I didn’t hear back as quickly as I hoped, then I felt relieved when they finally responded.
The person I spoke with was polite and did help me in the end, so I appreciated that. But i also felt a bit frustrated because I had to ask twice before getting a clear answer. It wasn’t a bad experience, just kind of average.

"Pretty decent site, but navigation could be easier"
The site worked well for me overall, but it took way more clicks than I expected to find some of the info I needed. Pages loaded fine, though it wasn’t exactly super smooth on mobile. It’s a nice enough website, just feels like the navigation could be a bit cleaner

I don’t think it’s worth the price. For what you get, it feels way too expensive, and I’d personally skip it.
